Private package

Private package registration

Open the Callidus Pay app, select your language (e.g. English,) and tap on "Register" on the start page.

 

Select "Account holder" and check the package details (49.85 EUR, including IBAN, one physical and one virtual card). Tap on "Let's go" to start the registration process.

  • Enter your personal details: referral code (optional), first name, surname and date of birth.
  • Set your login details: Enter your email address, your phone number and your password (8+ characters with specific requirements) and confirm the password.
  • Agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy and tap "Next" to continue.

  • Check your email for a six-digit verification code from CallidusPay and enter it in the app (tap "Resend" if necessary).
  • Create a six-digit CallidusPay PIN by entering the numbers in the fields provided.
  • Optionally, you can use your phone's biometric data for verification and then tap "Skip" to continue.

  • Select your country from the drop-down menu (it must be an EU country).
  • Enter your city, postcode and full address in the fields provided.
  • Tap on "Continue" to proceed to the KYC check step.

  • Have your ID (passport or identity card) and proof of address (e.g. a utility bill) ready.
  • Take photos, record a video in which you say three numbers, verify your phone number with a six-digit SMS code, answer questions about the account purpose and value and set an Intergiro PIN/biometric (can be the same as the Callidus PIN).
  • Wait until the app has processed your KYC entry; you will receive a confirmation that verification is in progress.

  • As soon as the KYC check is successful, you will be redirected to the checkout screen, where the variable annual fee of EUR 49.85 for the private package will be displayed.
  • Enter your payment details (cardholder name, email, card number, expiry date, CVC) and tap on "Make payment".
  • Wait until the payment has been processed; the message "Payment being processed" is displayed during this step.

  • After payment, you will receive confirmation that your private parcel has been successfully purchased.
  • Enter a name for your account (e.g. "Business", "Savings") to indicate the purpose of the account.
  • Tap on "Confirm and continue" and then open the app to use your account and share your referral code.

Charging

Very flexible: topping up is easy via the app - or in the traditional way by bank transfer or from any account.

  • Open the CallidusPay app and navigate to the "Account details" view for the account you want to top up.
  • Find the "+ Top up your account" button on the screen and tap it.
  •  

  • Enter the amount you want to add to your account (e.g. EUR 50) in the pop-up window "Account amount".
  • Check the amount again to make sure it is correct as this is the amount that will be added to your account.
  • Tap "Continue" to go to the payment screen and continue the process.

  • Enter your card details (name, card number, expiry date, CVC) on the "Checkout" screen to make the payment.
  • Check the details and tap on "Pay" or "Submit" to complete the transaction.
  • If the card details are valid, you will receive a confirmation that your account has been successfully topped up. If not, check your card and try again or contact support.

CallidusPay recommend

Navigate to your profile and then select the Refer CallidusPay section. Select "Share Code" to automatically copy your referral code to your clipboard and then send it to friends, family members, colleagues, or anyone else interested in signing up for CallidusPay.
Encourage your contacts to sign up using your code or link so you can benefit from short-term advantages such as fee discounts.

Alternatively, you can share a full invitation message with a link to promotional materials so you don't have to explain: "What is Callidus?".
This opens the system sharing on Android or iOS so that you can select your favourite sharing method (e.g. email, SMS, social media).

CallidusPay VISA debit card

  • Open the app and go to the "Cards" section to view all VISA debit cards.
  • Check the status of each card (activated/blocked) and see details such as design, spending limits and transactions.
  • Use the options to order new cards, activate, block/unblock or remove cards as required.
  • Each CallidusPay Private package includes a physical VISA debit card (ideal for local payments, online purchases and ATM withdrawals) and a virtual VISA debit card (ideal for secure online or telephone transactions). Add more cards (up to 10 per account) - additional physical cards cost EUR 9 each (including personalisation and shipping); virtual cards cost EUR 3 each.

Virtual cards are active immediately. You can activate physical cards after delivery (up to 21 days): Tap "Activate", confirm via Intergiro, enter your Intergiro PIN, send an SMS OTP, set a card PIN and verify the CVC2 (three-digit number on the back).

Block your card to prevent payments (online, POS, ATM) with a single touch. Unblock it by entering your Intergiro PIN and SMS OTP - use your card immediately after unblocking.

Order card

Open the app, go to the "Cards" menu and select "New Visa card" to start the order.
Select your account, choose a card type (physical or virtual), enter a delivery address for physical cards and check the order.

When ordering a card, please note that physical cards can only be delivered within the EU and must arrive within 21 days of the order date.

Choose from over 20 unique designs for your card to give it a personal touch.

Confirm the payment (12 EUR for the physical card, 4 EUR for the virtual card) with your CallidusPay PIN or your fingerprint. When ordering for the first time, simply request your free card directly.

Activating the physical card

For a physical card, wait for delivery (up to 21 days) and then tap "Activate" in the app after receipt.

Lock/unlock card

To lock/unlock your card and prevent payments (online, POS, ATM), tap on the padlock icon in the card details of the app.

A pop-up window will appear asking if you are sure that the card should be blocked. A confirmation is sufficient.

CallidusPay free transfers

  • Open the CallidusPay app and navigate to the "Payments" section in the main menu.
  • On the "Payments" screen, select the "Internal transfer" option from the three available options: New Payment, Scan and Pay and Internal Transfer.

  • Select a recipient by searching for another CallidusPay user by their email, phone number or username.
  • Enter the amount you want to transfer (e.g. EUR 1 to EUR 10,000), which is free of charge for CallidusPay users worldwide.
  • Check the details to make sure the recipient and amount are correct and then tap 'Continue'.
  • On the confirmation screen, authenticate the transfer by entering your Callidus PIN or using your fingerprint for security.
  • Click on "Confirm" to finalise the transfer. You will receive a confirmation that the amount has been sent successfully.

Cancellation of accounts and cards

  • Select the "Account and card deletion" option in the profile area of the app to access the deletion screen.
  • Select "Remove account" from the list, select the account to be deleted from the account list and click to open the confirmation screen (make sure that all funds have been transferred beforehand).
  • Confirm by clicking "Remove" and then enter your Callidus PIN or use your fingerprint on the Callidus Pin screen to finalise the deletion.
  • Expect an official email confirming the deletion of your data within a few days.

  • Go to the "Profile" section in the app and select "Account and card deletion" to access the deletion screen.
  • Select "Remove card", select the card to be deleted from the list and click to open the confirmation screen.
  • Click "Remove" to confirm and then enter your Callidus PIN or use your fingerprint on the Callidus Pin screen to finalise the deletion.
  • Expect an official email confirming the deletion of your data within a few days.

  • Navigate to the profile area in the app and select "Delete accounts & cards" to access the deletion screen.
  • Tap "Delete CallidusPay user account"; if you have funds remaining, you will be prompted to transfer them before proceeding, or a confirmation screen will be displayed if your balance is zero.
  • Confirm the deletion by clicking on "Delete" and then enter your Callidus PIN or use your fingerprint on the Callidus Pin screen to complete the process.
  • Expect an official email confirming the deletion of your data within a few days.

Cashback

You must become a Callidus franchisee to set up cashback offers (see our franchise section for more information).

  • Select the type of your offer from the drop-down menu: Choose between "Product" or "Service".
  • Enter a short description of your offer in the input field for the product/service description (e.g. "luxury hotel stay" or "car repair service").
  • Select a discount type from the options: Select "% discount" or "€ discount", then enter the discount amount in the corresponding input field (e.g. "10%" or "20 EUR") and enter a detailed product/service description in the second input field (e.g. "Includes breakfast and spa access" or "Complete engine diagnostics").

 

  • Add a new address by using the "Add new address" option to specify the location where your offer can be purchased.
  • Upload an image (JPEG or PNG, up to 2 MB) to present your product or service.
  • Enter your e-mail address and telephone number for contact purposes.
  • Click on "Finish" to finalise the setup or on "Back" to revise the previous step.

Cashback Partner

  • Open the CallidusPay app and navigate to the "Profile" section.
  • Tap on the "Cashback offers" option to open the cashback offers feed.
  • Search the feed to see all available offers from CallidusPay partners in the EU.

All cashback offers are created by our partners and customers for local use only, and CallidusPay does not act as an intermediary in these transactions.

  • Look for the filter option in the cashback offers feed to customise your search. Use the filter to select criteria such as country, city, type of offer (product or service), type of discount and discount range (e.g. from 5% to 20%).
  • Tap on "Apply filter" to update the feed and display the offers that match your preferences.

Franchise

  • Tap on "Register" on the start page, select "Franchisee" (instead of account holder/private package holder) and enter your personal details (first name, surname, date of birth, optional referral code).
  • Enter your login details by providing your e-mail address, your telephone number and a password (at least 8 characters with one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one special character and one number) and agree to the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Franchise Agreement.
  •  

  • Verify your email by either entering the six-digit code that was sent to you or click on the "Verify" button in the email to then set a CallidusPay PIN or use biometric data.
  • Your CallidusPay PIN is important as you can use it to log in to the app and it is an additional layer of account security, not a one-time verification PIN.
  • Enter your address (country, city, postcode, address; EU residence required) and, if desired, set up biometric data, then complete the KYC.

  • After a successful KYC check, enter your company details: unique ID, tax number, company IBAN, SWIFT/BIC and bank name, as required for franchise registration.
  • Check your details and proceed with the payment. The franchise fee is EUR 1600 and must be paid via the app using your card details (name, email, number, expiry date, CVC).
  • Confirm the payment and wait for approval. Once approved, you will receive confirmation of successful franchise registration and can use your unique code to earn commissions.

Open a new account

  • Open the CallidusPay app and navigate to the "Accounts" view in the main menu.
  • Find the "+ Open new account" button at the top of the screen and tap it.
  •  

  • On the "New Account" screen, enter a name for your account in the "Account Name" field (e.g. "Personal Savings").
  • Check the cost of the private package (e.g. EUR 49.85 for the first year, as previously stated) and agree to the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
  • Tap on "Next" to go to the screen for selecting the payment method.

  • On the "Payment method" screen, select one of your existing CallidusPay accounts from the list.
  • Alternatively, select "Other card" to pay with a different card and enter the card details (name, number, expiry date, CVC).
    Confirm the payment by tapping on "Pay" or "Send" and then wait for confirmation that your new account has been successfully created.

KYC

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a mandatory verification process to confirm your identity and ensure compliance with financial regulations. It involves submitting documents such as an ID and proof of address to prevent fraud and secure your CallidusPay account. This step helps protect both you and the platform and enables secure transactions.

  • Open the CallidusPay app and go to the KYC verification step during registration or account setup.
  • Read the instructions on the KYC screen that explain the need for identity verification for compliance.
  • Tap on "Continue" to start the verification process and prepare your documents.
  • Have a valid identification document (e.g. passport or identity card) and proof of address (e.g. an electricity bill with your name and address) ready.
  • Use the app to take clear photos of your ID (front and back) and proof of address so that all details are visible.
  • Upload the photos when prompted and follow the app's guidelines for file format and size.
  • As instructed, record a short video in which you usually say a few numbers or a sentence to confirm your identity.
  • Answer further questions in the app, e.g. about the purpose of your account, to complete the KYC registration.
  • Submit your details and wait for confirmation. The process can take as little as 1 minute or up to 24 hours and you will be notified when it is complete.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Callidus Pay app

If the Callidus Pay app is not working, follow these steps to resolve issues with the Callidus Pay app on your mobile device:

Open your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS), search for Callidus Pay and check for updates. Install the latest version if available, as updates often fix bugs. Launch the app again to see if the problem persists.

Restart your mobile phone to eliminate temporary faults. On most devices, press and hold the power button and then select "Restart". Once your device has restarted, open the CallidusPay app and test again.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection by opening another application or website (e.g. a browser). If your connection is weak, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data or move to an area with a better signal and then try the app again.

(Android) Go to the settings of your device, search for "Apps", select CallidusPay and select "Clear cache".
(iOS) Unload the app (under Settings > General > iPhone storage). This will remove temporary data that could cause problems. Open the app again to check whether it is working.

Uninstall the CallidusPay app by long pressing on the app icon and selecting "Uninstall" (Android) or "Remove app" (iOS). Reinstall the app in your app store, log in with your login details and test the app again.

Make sure that your device fulfils the requirements of CallidusPay (e.g. Android 6.0+ or iOS 12.0+). Check your operating system version under Settings > About phone (Android) or Settings > General > About (iOS). Update your operating system if necessary and then restart the app.

Troubleshooting for online payments

  • Open the CallidusPay app, go to the "Cards" section and make sure your card (physical or virtual) is activated and not blocked (tap the padlock icon to unblock it if necessary).
  • Navigate to the "Account details" view to check if your balance is sufficient for the payment; top up your account if the balance is low.
  • Make sure your card has not expired by checking the expiry date in the app; simply order a new card if it has expired.
  • Check the payment details you entered on the website (e.g. card number, expiry date, CVC) to make sure they match your CallidusPay card details exactly.
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection by testing another app or website first.
  • Try the payment again after you have confirmed the data and the connection; if you use the **virtual card, make sure that the website accepts payments with virtual cards.
  • Check if the website has restrictions on international payments or certain card types (e.g. some websites may not accept VISA debit cards); try another payment method if possible.
  • Make sure that your account is not blocked due to an incomplete KYC check. To do this, check your profile and complete any outstanding steps when prompted.
  • If the problem persists, visit our support page to contact our team and provide your registered email address, card type and a description of the payment error.

  • Open the CallidusPay app and navigate to the Profile section in the main menu.
  • Search for the option "Recommendations" or "Recommend CallidusPay" and tap on it to display your individual referral code.
  • Copy your code or write it down to share it with friends, family or other contacts.
